Oooh, Apples for Jam is one of my favorite cookbooks. Almost everything I've made from it has been delicious. And it's such a pretty book with great images. I often thumb through it just to admire and feel happy. I have a little bookholder in my kitchen where I sometimes display a cookbook so I can enjoy the artwork/photos, and this book often lands there.
