crafting: decorating with patterns

This looks like a fun and easy craft project...

Simply stiffen a few favorite fabric pieces with fabric hardener (available at craft shops) and punch out flowers or petals using the handy little punches (available from Paper Source, for one). Lay out your design on boxes, notebooks, lampshades, frames -- anything your heart desires -- and apply with a glue stick.

Lovely!

Sorry... I don't know what issue it came from!)

This is just the sort of project I wish that I could a) find time for and b) finish once I started! it looks so fun and simple, but really effective. GREAT find!

Hope you and the little ones are well--I didn't realize you were having TWINS until I saw your comment yesterday on Jora's blog! :)

Thanks, Anne! I admittedly am very much the type to start a project and not finish it, too. But I'm working on it!! Maybe this will be one that I actually get all the way through. ;)

So, when are we going to see your version of this project? ;)

I wanna see it too...it's a cute idea and I suck at even getting started let alone finishing!

Love this project. I think I would try to stick them on everything even the pups and the husband!

Oh my - such pressure to actually "do" one of these... I just have to find some fabrics, and we'll see how it goes! I promise to post pics once I'm finished... ;)
