arghh + a little design inspiration

The Twinkies were in rare form today. Certainly made me earn my keep.

The peal of wailing cries is still ringing in my ears.

Tonight, I think that instead of living in my reality -- which includes folding laundry, doing dishes and washing the floor -- I'm going to pretend that I'm here...

A warm bath. Some soft music. A cozy chair to curl up in afterward.
Yes, that is a lovely idea.

Thanks for stopping by. If you feel like commenting perhaps you can share a good part of your day with me. That will surely perk me up.

That, and a tall glass of wine.

oh dear what a day you've had! Good news from my day was R coming home early and 'taking charge' so I could 'take it easy'. I hope things have improved for you my dear....

That bathroom does look rather inviting right now. Hm, good part of my day... getting out of work at 3:30 this afternoon to feel warm sunshine on my face and driving home with the windows down listening to some of my favorite music. Yeah, that was good. :-)

oh you poor thing. but i bet once they're finally asleep they're adorable to look at :) i'm in the process of making heavily scented french toast for breakfast... cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, allspice - yum! to be enjoyed with a big pot of tea and a sleepy husband.

I'm sorry to hear that. At least the weather is getting better and you guys can go on your daily walks now:) The good part of my day will be leaving work and walking to the train. I love to see all of the blooming trees and flowers on my walk. It even smells like fresh flowers outside!

Awwww, I'm sorry to hear about your bad day. The good news is that those little cutie pies will make you smile and swell with pride much more often than they will try your patience. Some days are hard, but many more are good. Just keep that in mind...

As for the good part of my day, coming home from driving around like a madwoman running errands all over town, thinking I still have to make dinner only to come home to find my husband is already whipping something up in the kitchen and setting the table.

Oooh, also I have just awarded you the "beautiful blogger award" on my blog. No need to do anything if you are too busy.
