what's cooking: last week's menu

Monday - Pasta Ponza (I used a combination of red grape tomatoes and heirloom cherry tomatoes. the dish was super pretty with the mix of reds, yellows and greens. And tasty, too!)
Tuesday - Mushroom Risotto with Peas
Wednesday - Spinach & Feta Quiche
Thursday - leftovers
Friday - Herb Roasted Chicken with Three Pepper Couscous

Fave? It's really hard to top quiche in my book. Though the pasta did come close.
No least. yippee!
